Amanda Beedy, LCSW
Amanda Beedy is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist specializing in work with children, trauma, parents and women’s issues. Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Denver, completing her training in family systems practice.
Amanda holds additional certifications in domestic violence and sexual assault and has years of experience supporting children and families impacted by violence, loss and conflict. Amanda’s approach is informed by extensive training in normative child development and the neuropsychological effects of trauma and complex stress.
Amanda’s compassionate and engaging style offers children and adults the opportunity to move through pain and loss and safely seek personal growth and connection.
