Adults

Through relationship-based psychotherapy and trauma-informed practices, I can help with many areas of concern including:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • post-traumatic/complex stress
  • abuse
  • grief and loss
  • divorce
  • family conflict and parenting issues
  • work and school difficulties
  • self-esteem issues
  • life changes and transitions

I also offer parent support services to help you and your children achieve a more peaceful and loving family!

What to Expect:

When we first meet, appointments will focus on getting to know each other in a safe and positive environment, building trust and developing your goals. In subsequent appointments, we will work together to enhance your strengths, understand and replace negative patterns in your life, and achieve inner peace and well-being. Sessions are typically weekly and are 55 minutes in length.

My treatment approach is person-centered and I seek to empower clients to achieve life goals and unlock inner happiness. I like to help clients learn that they can create change and shape their own lives through an understanding of their inner experience.  Typically, I like to know about clients’ perception of their history, without focusing on the past. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and treatment process and know that all of my clients can make progress and feel better, at a pace that works for them.

Please call for a complimentary phone consultation to discuss how I can help you with your specific needs and concerns.
